The success of our business becomes especially meaningful to us when it is reflected in the greater good of the world we live in.  Our Baird Foundation supports nonprofit organizations aligned with our focus on health and human services, education, the arts and more. To support associates' personal giving, Baird Foundation provides matching gifts to deserving charities as well as direct donations to organizations we are actively involved in. 

Our Annual Baird Gives Back week gives Baird's associates the opportunity to donate their time and efforts to their communities by letting them volunteer their time to a plethora of local non-profit organizations. All of us are proud to carry on this commitment to our community.
